I have a passion for helping people reach their full potential. Having mentored many people in my professional career and in our local community, ranging from pursuing a promotion, heading in new career direction, entering the workforce for the first time, or even re-entering the workforce after prioritizing child rearing.
Currently I hold the position of Co-Director and part owner of an engineering company in the Newcastle area.
My professional career path was winding and varied. Having worked for large private corporations in accounts receivable, sales, customer service, and technology support for a fortune 500 company.
I have had the privilege to work with smaller enterprises in administration support and office management.
My extensive experience with the department of Health as an administrative assistant, payroll clerk, team leader of annual medical recruitment and senior medical recruitment consultant.
This varied and extensive range of positions I have held, gives me the unique and valuable understanding of diverse recruitment strategies and interview techniques for landing your dream job whether it be in government, private enterprise, or small business.
